Integrated Support and Progress in Myasthenia Gravis Research and Education

This programme aims to connect Myasthenia Gravis (MG) patients or caregivers who also have a background as a health care stakeholder (HCS), e.g. as a nurse, physician, researcher, biologist etc. If you are not sure if you are a health care stakeholder, please still fill in the survey and indicate your background and experience in the respective question. The goal is to build a strong opportunity to support the MG patient community locally and internationally. The project will be executed in close collaboration with the EuMGA (European Myasthenia Gravis Association). The results of this survey will be fully shared with EuMGA, and they will be able to use them. All local MG patient groups supporting will get access to the national results and be able to use them, including contacting you if you leave your contact details.

Programme objectives:

  • The programme shall give organized and simple access for EuMGA and all local MG patient advocacy groups to the valuable expertise of MG patients with a healthcare background
  • It shall create opportunities for MG HCS members to mutually exchange, network, learn, train and engage in a number of projects nationally or internationally in the interest of the MG community.

Purpose of this survey:

The following survey shall help identify patients or caregivers of patients living with MG, who also have an educational or professional background in healthcare and/or science. The questions are designed to

  1. understand your educational background and language skills
  2. explore your interest to work as an MG patient expert with national and international MG patient groups and other stakeholders in the field of MG

The survey will take about 10 minutes.
